Last Freeze stats, and a couple bonus stats.

We are rapidly moving into Spring finally.  The garden has been tilled once.  Some of the early season plants (columbine, tulips, crocus, lillies) are starting to show some life and we are approaching the dates for the last freeze of the year.

More Plants, less winter

The seedlings for the garden are coming right along.  If half of the seedlings that are growing right now survive that will be more than twice as many than I had planned for the garden.  Better too many than too few.

Finally a decent day!

So as I’m up at Pigeon Hill Conservation Area I realize that I am outside, not in 4 layers of clothes and it’s actually quite comfortable.  We finally had a decent day around here and I just happened to be off work to enjoy it.  That does not happen very often.
